We report here a facile B(C6F5)3 catalyzed trans-aminoboration of internal alkynes, furnishing 3-position borylated indoles at ambient temperature. This reaction proceeds with the breaking of a B–N bond and the formation of N–C and B–C bonds to produce indole and derivatives in one step. It works well for various boron reagents and by: This communication demonstrates the first catalytic aminoboration of C–C π bonds by B–N σ bonds and its application to the synthesis of 3-borylated indoles. The regiochemistry and broad functional group compatibility of this addition reaction enable substitution patterns that are incompatible with major competing technologies. This aminoboration reaction effects the formation of C–B Cited by: Learn more about these metrics Article Views are the COUNTER-compliant sum of full text article downloads since November (both PDF and HTML) across all institutions and individuals. These metrics are regularly updated to reflect usage leading up to the last few days. The Altmetric Attention Score is a quantitative measure of the attention that a research article has received by: A copper-catalyzed regioselective, stereospecific, and enantioselective aminoboration reaction of alkenes electrophilic amination strategy. Further development of related C–N bond-forming processes is ongoing in our laboratory. Organotransition Metal Chemistry: From Bonding to Catalysis, Vol. 1, p. , University Science Books.

A copper-catalyzed aminoboration of alkenyl dan boronates (dan = 1,8-diaminonaphthyl) with diboron reagents and hydroxylamines has been developed. The reaction proceeds regio- and stereoselectively to form the corresponding β-boryl-α-aminoboronic acid derivatives of potent interest in medicinal chemistry. Books at Amazon.   The Tsuji–Trost Reaction and Related Carbon–Carbon Bond Formation Reactions: Palladium‐Catalyzed Allylation and Related Substitution Reactions of Enolates and Related Derivatives of “Ordinary” Ketones, Aldehydes, and Other Carbonyl Compounds (Pages: .   One of the best books on reaction engineering out there. This book has been translated to more languages than any other engineering text - that stands for itself. Easily conveys complex topics, relating to real world situations. I have used this book during my undergraduate course work and a great reference as a s:   The already infamous Melania Trump tell-all dropped on Tuesday, and while we’ve probably already heard the biggest bombshell — that she forced Art Of The Deal business braggart Donald Trump to. It also provides a brief introduction to the chemical reactions that are involved in gasification. Gasification is a chemical process that converts carbonaceous materials like biomass into useful convenient gaseous fuels or chemical feedstock. Pyrolysis, partial oxidation, and hydrogenation are related processes.
